We bought a house

Here are a few shots from online.  The house was empty when we looked at it.  Its in a 24hr guard-gated community complete with a private screened pavilion, park and tennis courts.  Our home sits on 1/2 acre and it's on a cul-da-sac.  Most of the yard it in the back and is fenced.  We have a guest room for visitors and a salt-water pool.  The kitchen needs a lot of work and we'd like to get a hot tub but it was at the lower end of our price range with the lowest taxes and no CDD fees (which are everywhere and usually pretty high). It's also 1 level living and has beautiful wood floors and a 2 way fire place.  It will be so nice to have a little elbow room again.  It's going through inspections right now and we have a close date set for Sept 29th.  So we will be moving down there just before to do our final walk through and sign all of the papers.
