Friendly Easter Fun

This year on the Saturday before Easter, we invited several families with only one child to join us for an egg hunt.  It was so much fun for both kids and adults.  Then we got in our fancy church clothes and attended the evening service.

Atlanta business trip

Eric had a business trip to Atlanta while he fills the role of interm CFO for that area.  He let me tag along this time to enjoy the spa, skeet and archery, dinner and movies in.  It was a super fun trip minus our cancelled and delayed flights trying to get home.

WQ Allie

Allie's Worship Quest class choice this semester was Musical Orchestra and she got to try new instruments each week.  Her favorite was the hand bells.

Girls bball

The girls have officially started basketball.  They are playing on a co-ed team at the YMCA in the 7-8 year old league.  Brielle was allowed to bump up so that she could play with Allie.  

Harry and Chris

A special visit from some special family.  It was such a pleasure to host them for their short visit.  We played an April fools trick and served them brown- Es and played several rounds of Scategories.  

The Harvey Ring

 Uncle Harry and his lovely wife Chris joined us for a short trip to pass on the family heirloom of Grandpa Harvey's ring.  Uncle Harry asked Eric if he would accept this treasure with the intention of keeping it in the family.  Mathias- being a Harvey himself- is already excited about the prospect of his turn with the beautiful ring.
