Summer Camps

Allie's camp ran from Monday-Friday and was an All Arts Camp for ages 6-10.  Each day had a theme where they danced, performed musical theater, sang, crafts, etc.  She loved it.

Mathias and Brielle attended a Spanish camp where they learned phrases, did crafts, games, songs, geography and were even served traditional lunches.  It was on Wednesday-Friday.

Cousin Visitors

On their way back to Florida from Minnesota Dale and Nancy stopped into town for a little pit stop with Makaela and Mariah in tow. Its been 2 years since we've seen the girls.

Green smoothies

This weekend Eric and I were able to get away for a much needed date night.  We enjoyed some delicious green smoothies and juices followed by a surprise pedicure for me (he's so sweet!) And then we saw the new Transformers movie (which wasn't very good unfortunately)  But the night was so relaxing and fun with my guy.  Love you Eric!

Brielle was very nervous today to go to the dentist...

But she relaxed quickly when she got to inhale the "bubble gum" air.

She became quite friendly and kept flopping her heavy hands around.  Goob.

Father's Day

These 2 guys are the most amazing dad's!  Happy father's day Dad and Eric.  Love you both so much!

VBS 2017 Pt 2

 Brielle didn't smile or sing the entire song set, but she went up there so I am happy about that!

 Allie was completely into all of the songs and was such a sweet little singer!

 And Mathias did great this year singing and staying focused when they weren't singing!

And Mathias was much less distracted this year and focused on all of the hand motions.

There was a hige family night afterwards with face painting and candy and games and popsicles.

VBS week- Mom days.

Its been a quiet week around here.  The kids (ALL 3!!!) are at Vacation Bible School each morning for the week until 12:15.  They are loving it and Brielle feels like such a big kid this year even though it's only pre-K VBS.
Yesterday I came home and deep cleaned the kid's side of the house.  Their rooms and bathroom were cleaned out and I tossed all of the accumulation on stuff  that they all- but especially the girls- tend to hand onto. I also cleaned up the yard and weeded a ton.
Today, I came home cleaned the master bed and bath and also the kitchen.  Then a friend came over to pick put a few dresses for an event she has with her husband this weekend and now I am sipping tea, watching YouTube videos and getting ready to go pick the littles up for lunch. 
Tomorrow I plan on running to Target- alone- and go to the chiropractor and perhaps even the book store if I have time. 
Friday night the kids have their VBS production and I will post all of their pictures and videos after I load all of those online.  Until then, have a great week!

TX family lunch

Aunt Jamie (or Nana Jamie as Brielle calls her) and Cousin Kaci were driving through our area and made a long lunch stop to chat and catch up.  We love them!

1st Piano Recital

The kids all did a wonderful job at their very first piano recital.  Their year of music this year really paid off and we are so very proud of them all!  The will continue with lessons this summer 1x per month and then kick back up weekly come the fall.

I will upload videos of them playing as soon as I can manage.
